My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
We aim to make your transition in and out of the property as smooth as possible. We ask that you notify the property manager about your intent to vacate the property, no later than 30 days before lease expiration, make any necessary repairs and, after your household goods are removed, hire a professional cleaning service to clean the residence. We will assist in this process by performing a move out inspection and recommending vendors for any cleaning and repairs that you are responsible for. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Unless explicitly specified otherwise, tenants bear the responsibility for any property repairs exceeding ordinary wear and tear. Additionally, tenants are obligated to maintain the landscaping and are required to procure and replace HVAC filters at intervals of every 90 days or as necessary.
